Sir,

Kindly recall that Sri Subodh Ganguly our president appealed in his letter dated 25th August'2010 to arrange a meeting amongst MIC-ARDD, MD-Milk Federation and the representatives of our organization. We are thankful that MIC-ARD has arranged the said meeting on 24th November'2011 at the Milk Federation office. However, in the said meeting some of the issues could not be discussed due to absence of MD-Milk Federation. Therefore, MIC-ARD decided to arrange another meeting where MD-Milk Federation will be present at the earliest.

Hence, I am to request you that kindly inform us regarding date, time and place of the propossed meeting, at the earliest convenience.
